History

After completing her medical education at Tufts Medical School in Boston, and finishing her pediatric residency at INOVA Fairfax Hospital for Children in Falls Church, Virginia outside of Washington DC, Dr. Prescott joined LRGHealthcare at the Lakes Region General Hospital in 2000.

In 2006 Dr. Prescott moved from LRGHealthcare and created a multi-disciplinary medical practice, Riverfront Medical Group of Tilton, NH. Riverfront Medical Group included doctors in pediatrics, lactation consultation, internal medicine and a supporting employee nurse pediatric practitioner.

After her success of co-creating Riverfront Medical Group, Dr. Prescott, in August 2007 sold off her half of the practice and embarked on a new endeavor - to create a pediatric and lactation consultation centered medical practice for the Lakes Region.

Dr. Prescott's vision is a pediatric centered practice providing medical care to newborns, children, and adolescents. Additionally, she will provide her expertise to mothers of newborns and infants. Dr. Prescott is the only Pediatrician in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire who is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant providing specialized in-office breast-feeding consultation.
